1 · Days, not money
A treatment that needs three recovery days costs you three days of the trip you flew here for. That is usually the larger expense.

Compare Seoul’s head spas, barbershops, salons and skin clinics by appointment time, visible downtime and price factors.
Choose the constraint you already know. You can change direction at any point.
Two questions. Not a quiz — just the two constraints that rule most things in or out before price ever comes up.

Everything below is measured the same way: how many hours of your trip it takes.

A haircut, a head spa, a boat across the river, a skin treatment. They have nothing in common except the one thing that decides whether you do them: how much of your trip they take.
Clinics are the part of this list with the most at stake and the least useful information available, so they get their own three steps. Clinic choice comes last, not first — if you pick the clinic before you know what you want and what it costs you in days, you have nothing to judge them against.
A treatment that needs three recovery days costs you three days of the trip you flew here for. That is usually the larger expense.
Injectable prices move with dose. Device prices move with shot count or area. Two quotes are not comparable until you know the unit.
Language, consultation practice, what happens if something goes wrong after you fly home. These are answerable before you go.

These are the treatments documented as leaving no visible downtime. It is not a coincidence that they sit at the top of the booking rankings — visitors pick them because the next day is already spoken for.
“No downtime” describes what is typically visible, not a promise about you. Skin reacts differently from person to person, and only a doctor who has examined you can say what to expect in your case.
Most guides show you a catalogue and ask you to pick. That only works if you already know how to compare. This one starts with the comparison itself — a head spa, a colour appointment, a Han River crossing, a skin treatment, all measured the same way: how many hours of your trip it takes, and what actually moves the price.
Downtime is the period after a treatment when the effect is still visible on your face — redness, swelling, injection marks, or a covered spot. At home you can wait it out. On a trip you cannot: the days after your appointment are days you have already paid for. Three of the ten most-booked treatments by international visitors are chosen specifically because they have none.
Clinics generally require a consultation before treating you, and that consultation may change what is recommended. Treat your first appointment as a consultation that may or may not become a treatment, and do not schedule anything you cannot move immediately afterwards.
For injectables the quoted price usually depends on dose — measured in cc or in units — so two clinics quoting the same treatment may not be quoting the same amount of product. For device treatments it usually depends on shot count or on the area covered. A price is only comparable once you know the unit it is attached to.
No. We publish general information about treatments available in Seoul. We are not a clinic and we do not arrange treatment or act as an intermediary. You contact a clinic directly.
Some places will host you in exchange for what you make. What is on the table, what you owe, and the rules — before you apply, not after.
